GROUND BEEF PIZZA
 

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce with mushrooms
2 (12") pizza dough circles
1 (16 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese, torn in pieces
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 sm. onion, sliced & separated into rings
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In skillet, brown beef and drain off excess fat; add garlic (garlic salt may be substituted for garlic clove, 1/8 teaspoon is equal to 1 clove) and oregano. Spread tomato sauce over pizza dough circles. Top with meat. Arrange onion and green pepper rings over meat. Cover with Mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until crusts are done.
