BOILED POLISH DINNER
 

5 lg. potatoes, peeled and cut up
1 1/2 lbs. Polish sausages
3 stalks celery, cut up
4-6 c. milk
Dash of pepper and seasons

Place cut up veggies and cut up sausages in kettle. Pour in enough milk to cover ingredients. Add seasons. Cover and heat to boiling. Simmer until veggies are done (1/2 hour approximately). Spoon out veggies. Milk or juice will look curdled, but tastes great!
