PINK FRUIT SALAD
 

1 (8 oz.) mixed fruit gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 c. chopped bananas
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped apples
1 (2 oz.) pkg. prepared dessert topping

Melt cream cheese and gelatin in boiling water on low speed with mixer until cheese is almost melted. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Place in mold or any other type dish. Refrigerate for about 12 hours.
