2 1/2 c. sugar 1 lb. butter 3 3/4 c. all-purpose flour 1 1/2 oz. lemon extract 1 lb. white raisins 1 qt. chopped pecans 1/2 lb. candied chopped cherries 1 lb. candied chopped pineapple Cream sugar and butter. Stir in eggs, extract, and flour; mix well. Add fruits and nuts. Mix well. Pour in pans (makes 2 cakes) (bundt pans). Cook at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until done. |
