1 beef bouillon cube 1/3 c. hot water 1/4 c. honey 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 6 pork steaks In a small bowl dissolve bouillon cube in hot water; add honey, soy sauce, sugar and salt, stir to mix. Place steaks in a 9 x 13 inch shallow baking dish (non- metal). Pour soy sauce mixture over steaks, cover, and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours, turning occasionally. Remove steaks and reserve marinade. Grill 3 inches from medium coals about 15 minutes turn and grill 15 minutes. Brush frequently with marinade. |
