DEEP FRIED FROG LEGS #2
 

Dressed frog legs
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Cracker crumbs (fine)

Put dressed frog legs in a bowl, cover with boiling water. Drain immediately, pat dry with paper towels.

Make an egg wash by beating 2 eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Dip frog legs in egg wash, coat with crumbs. Deep fry at 375 degrees until golden brown (5 to 6 minutes). Turn occasionally while frying.
