CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT
 

2 sm. boxes French vanilla pudding mix
2 3/4 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip, blend
1 lb. box graham crackers, whole

Blend pudding mix, milk and Cool Whip.

1. Layer graham crackers on bottom of dish. 2. Top with half of the pudding mixture. 3. Top with another layer of graham crackers. 4. Top with remaining pudding mixture. 5. Top with layer of graham crackers. 6. Cover with topping.

TOPPING:

2 pkgs. Choco-Bake
2 tsp. corn syrup
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar (add a little more if necessary)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. melted butter and add 3 tbsp. hot milk

Mix all ingredients and pour over top of layered dish. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
