CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT
 

1 box graham crackers
2 pkgs. Jello instant pudding, vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip frosting
2 oz. liquid chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Line a 9x13 pan with graham crackers. Mix pudding according to directions for pie. Mix in Cool Whip and pour half over crackers. Put another layer of crackers and pour remaining pudding over that. Then cover with another layer of crackers and frost.
