EAST BAKED ALASKA

1 pan prebaked fudge brownies with nuts
1 qt. chocolate "Quality" ice cream (can use any chocolate variety)
1 meringue recipe
1 bottle Fudge sauce
1 c. finely chopped nuts

On a cookie sheet put 8 (2 inch) square brownie pieces. any size is okay. Put a scoop of ice cream on each, return to freezer to harden. Make up a favorite meringue recipe (it is good to add a little cinnamon to meringue for this recipe).

Remove cookie sheet from freezer and quickly encase each cake, ice cream combination in meringue. Make sure ice cream and cake seam is sealed with meringue. Return to freezer to harden until ready to serve. May keep overnight.

To serve: put pan in preheated 450 degree oven for about 5 minutes until delicately browned, watch carefully. Remove to individual serving plates and drizzle with warmed Fudge sauce and sprinkle with nuts.
