1 box cake mix (chocolate or yellow)
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 lb. box powdered sugar

Mix together first 3 ingredients. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Mix the remaining ingredients together and spread over the cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
