SIX LAYER CHOCOLATE COOKIE BARS
 

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c. unsalted butter, melted
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. shredded coconut
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the crumbs are moist and of an even, small texture. Pat the crumbs into the bottom of the buttered backing pan. Scatter chocolate chips over the crumb crust. Scatter butterscotch chips over chocolate chips. Sprinkle on pecans. Layer the coconut evenly over the surface. Drizzle the condensed over entire surface. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. The coconut should turn a golden brown. Let bars cool in the baking dish, then cut them into small bars. Remove and put on serving platter.
