4 qts. popped popcorn 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. light corn syrup 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 1/2 c. peanut butter Keep popcorn warm in 250 degree oven. Mix sugar and syrup. Put in heavy saucepan. Bring to full boil and boil 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and beat in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour syrup over popcorn; mix well. Shape using a popcorn ball maker. Makes 16 balls. You can put M&M'S® in balls. |
